NMB Recognised for Safety, Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing at AOSH Awards.

 NMB Bank Plc has once again affirmed its leadership in workplace safety, employee wellbeing and organisational excellence after winning five accolades at the national AOSH Awards for the second consecutive year.

Held under the theme “A Good Psychosocial Working Environment: A Pathway to Thriving Workers and Stronger Organisations,” the awards recognised institutions that continue to create safer, healthier and more supportive workplaces.

NMB emerged as the winner of the Proactive Capital – Safety Investment Award, reflecting the Bank’s deliberate investment in workplace safety, risk prevention and employee protection. The Bank was also named First Runner-Up in Financial Administration for meritorious achievement in fiscal diligence and consistent administrative standards.

The Bank further received the First Runner-Up Inclusion & Support Award, while NMB Clock Tower Branch was named First Runner-Up in Financial Activities. NMB also secured Second Runner-Up recognition for outstanding commitment and support for employees with disabilities, underlining its continued focus on building a workplace where employees feel safe, included and empowered to thrive.
