Thank you for your explanation Mr. Commissioner but, I am still wondering why you have to conduct a press conference at the kilimanjaro Kempisk instead in your ministial premises? It is oblivious you were not given that venue free of charge but you spend tax payer money instead using free available government premise.
I think it is right time now to lauch a tax payer alliance to monitor how the government is spending our money.
